Return Policy

FreeShipMedical.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We have tried to present our products with the information you need to make your decision.  If, however, you purchase an item that does not work as you expected, you may need to return that item. 

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received them.  A restocking fee of 30% is assessed for returned items, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.  Custom made products, such as showers or bathtubs, cannot be returned.  If you are unsure about the return policy of an item you are purchasing, we suggest you talk with customer service before making your purchase.  Typically, our non-returnable items are labeled as such, but not in all cases.

To return an item, contact customer service by emailing customerservice@themedicalclub.comor by calling 1-888-269-6001.  You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number.  This number is very important for making sure you get credit for your return.  Please do not return items without an RA.  This number must be written on the outside of the package you are returning, as well as on a piece of paper inside the box your are returning.  If you do not have the ability to get to a post office or UPS store, we will send you a UPS Call Tag for a $10.00 processing fee.  You must ship the package within 10 days of receiving your RA to FreeShipMedical.com,  1240 Brookville Way, Suite C,  Indianapolis, IN 46239.

Items being returned must be in the original packaging and must have all pieces intact.  It must be new and unused.  Once we have shipped your item, it cannot be returned until you have received it and contacted us for an RA.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not in working order,  please call for an RA.  We will arrange for the item to be picked up and you will be credited the cost of the item and shipping cost for both delivery and return.

 

Limitation of Liability
Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Motion Accessibility Inc. d/b/a FreeShipMedical.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
